CHI ENERGY - AROMATHERAPY BODY MASSAGE
I am a fully qualified aromatherapist and was fortuntate to
win the F.E. Life skills National Aromatherapy 2004 with a
special commendation.
Aromatherapy has been used for centuries, for it has amazing
medicinal qualities. Pure essentielle oils balance both mind
and body for a total feeling of well-being.
Our modern lifestyles can be hectic – we tend to juggle
work, home and family. Modern lifestyles more often than not,
leave us feeling tired, stressed or run down. Regular aromatherapy
massage boosts the immune system, and works by restoring balance
and harmony, preventing the stress from building within our
bodies.
A full consultation is always given before treatment. It
takes into account your physical and emotional condition,
your stress and environment, your diet and present skin condition
an any other relevant factors to your treatment.
Working on the principles of ‘Yin’ and ‘Yang’,
I incorporates Shiatsu, acupressure and Swedish massage techniques
to either increase or calm ‘chi’ energy levels,
depending on your needs. By prescribing and blending pure
essentielle oils, specific conditions or requirements such
as: cellulite, fluid retention, PMT, menopause, insomnia,
lethargy and skin conditions are amongst the many things that
aromatherapy massage can treat. Again, your private consultation
will ensure you receive the best treatment for your requirements.
